SICK POLICY:

We will not be accepting sick clients, If you or someone you are in close contact with are sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations less than 24-hours notice, will be charged 50% of the service value.

No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Josserae Studio (JossHair) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour, disrupting the environment and/or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations less than 24-hours notice, will be charged 50% of the service value. We understand that emergencies happen but a 24-hour policy is in effect and if you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us through the app, sending a message through text or email, leaving a voicemail for any cancellations or rescheduling.

LATE ARRIVALS

As a courtesy to our clients and stylists, we ask clients to arrive on time for their appointment. We ask that you notify the salon if arriving late. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have to forfeit and reschedule their appointment.

NO SHOW

In the case of missing your appointment without notice, a 50% charge of service value will be added to the price of the next service. Clients who repeatedly “No Show,” must pre-pay, in full, for future appointments booked.

DEPOSITS

Josserae Studio requires a $50 deposit through e-transfer or credit card for lengthy services that run 3.5 hours or more such as “balayage, full head highlights, colour corrections.”

WAIVERS

Clients are required to fill out a colour correction waiver whenever undergoing a corrective colour service, or a consultation which details the agreed upon services between a stylist and their client. Refusal to sign required waivers will result in the salon being unable to complete those specific services for that client.

SERVICE REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction is one of our priorities. But all services are non-refundable. We will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge only if notified within seven days of the appointment.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Product refunds will be given for defective or damaged products within 14 days of purchase. Used products are non-refundable and will only be taken back for salon credit or exchange.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, if you are pregnant, or any other concerns.

PRIVACY

Information collected is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
